‘Aamann’s Bar and Smørrebrød Restaurant is located in Copenhagen Airport, Terminal 3 and is our fifth restaurant in Copenhagen Airport for SSP.
Adam Aamanns Restauranteur, Chef and food writer has two restaurant in Copenhagen and has received the accolade for redefining and modernizing the traditional Danish open sandwich or Smørrebrød.
In order to provide a comfortable environment away from the flow of other travellers and create a sense of place for customers within the busy Terminal Building, we developed an island bar basing the design on a modernist park pavilion. The restaurant also includes a panelled dining room with a view across the runway.
The restaurant offers passengers the opportunity to enjoy an authentic Danish eating experience before flying.
